Slip Stitch Knitting 28 in the round

How to knit the K1 uls.
Take the right-hand needle under the slipped threads, then pick up the next st on the left-hand needle and knit this st and the slipped threads together.

PATTERN IN THE ROUND
Cast on a multiple of 8 sts.
Rounds 1, and 3: *Knit 5, purl 3, repeat from *.
Rounds 2: *Slip 5 wyif, knit 3, repeat from *.
Rounds 4: K2, *K1 uls, k7, repeat from * to last 5 sts, k1 uls, k5.
Repeat rounds 1-4.
