Rows 1 and 7 (RS): Knit.
Rows 2 and 8: Purl.
Rows 3 and 5: Knit 3, *purl 2, knit 4, repeat from * to last 5 sts, purl 2, knit 3.
Rows 4 and 6: Purl 3, *knit 2, purl 4, repeat from * to last 5 sts, knit 2, purl 3.
Rows 9 and 11: Knit 2, *purl 4, knit 2, repeat from *.
Rows 10 and 12: Purl 2, *knit 4, purl 2, repeat from *.
Repeat rows 1-12.
