Rows 4 and 8: P3, *k7, p5, repeat from * to last 10 sts, k7, p3.
Rows 11 and 15: P4, *k5, p7, repeat from * to last 9 sts, k5, p4.
Rows 12 and 16: K4, *p5, k7, repeat from * to last 9 sts, p5, k4.
